Reviews and Ratings
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and very nice, but there were some issues like no towels and having to share an entrance with another couple. The service was incredibly helpful and kind, although a bit too loud at times, not allowing for a peaceful nap during the day. The location was excellent, right near the Historic District and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining options were decent but could be improved with a warm dish like eggs. Overall, the hotel had its strengths and weaknesses.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms had character with lovely decor and spacious bathrooms, but there were disruptions from early morning trash collection and barking dogs. The service was exceptional with a very friendly and helpful staff that really knew the area. The location was unbeatable, close to everything downtown Charleston has to offer. Although the dining options were satisfactory, the noisy surroundings and lack of quiet at times were drawbacks.
The hotel was beyond amazing! The rooms were extremely clean and had everything we wanted, needed, and more. The fireplace added a warm and cozy look. The courtyard areas for breakfast and cocktail hour were lovely and immaculate. The service, including the upbeat and helpful staff, was exceptional. The location couldn't have been better, making it convenient and very attractive to explore Historic Charleston. The dining experience in the courtyards was fantastic. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor drawbacks.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the courtyard areas were perfect for enjoying breakfast and evening cocktails. The service was top-notch, and the location couldn't have been more convenient for exploring Charleston. The dining experience was lovely, although I opted to have breakfast elsewhere. Overall, a fantastic choice for a Charleston getaway.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was terrific, right in downtown Charleston within walking distance to many great restaurants and tourist stops. The rooms were beautifully decorated and opened onto one of the courtyards, providing a spacious and comfortable retreat with lovely decor and high ceilings. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, although occasionally loud during the day. The dining experience was a great way to start the day, and the facilities were top-notch. Overall, a fabulous experience in the heart of Charleston.
Staying at Kings Courtyard Inn was a delightful experience. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and bright, offering a king courtyard view on the third floor. The multiple courtyard areas to enjoy breakfast and cocktail hour were a real highlight; however, a deep cleaning could have enhanced the overall experience.
